For 20 years, I led people and talent at Lundbeck, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Invacare and Qantas, working with leaders on hiring, promotion and people development. The most successful careers I saw were built with a clear strategic plan behind them.
I have rebuilt my own career three times as an expat, in Australia, Turkey and Denmark, so I know how it feels to rethink one’s career.
That is why I built Best Career: so anyone can plan their career and start from reflection, strengths and transferable skills before moving to job titles and search.
